ASK Jesus

For this prayer activity you are invited to bring a piece of ribbon or fabric. We can ask Jesus for lasting happiness.  In the days leading up to his death Jesus said to his followers: “Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.” God longs to be in relationship with his people and to give them everlasting happiness. Each different size and shape of ribbon or fabric represents a unique personal request to Jesus. The colours represent joy and together they become a beautiful display of joyfulness.

 Tie your piece of fabric or ribbon to one of the strings. You may want to say the following prayer:

'Dear Jesus, make my joy complete'
