COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES - When visiting the church:
We recommend everyone to wear face coverings (except those exempt for medical reasons) as is government guidance for visiting enclosed public spaces.
Please arrive promptly; enter through main and porch doors – both will be open
Hand sanitisers should be used (if possible) on entry and exit – these are available in the porch and by the inner door
Please continue to use the NHS Trace and Trace App displayed in the porch and at the back of church.
We continue to have pews reserved at the back of church and side aisles for social distancing.
Congregational singing will be allowed with the use of face coverings. Choir members and music groups are exempt from wearing face coverings whilst singing but will keep to social distance practices whilst doing so.
All touch points will be sanitised after use.
Coffee, tea and refreshments will be served before/after the church services. This will take place outside the church building near the entrance/exit.
Current sacramental practices at Holy Communion such as 'remote' sharing of the peace greetings, and distribution of wafers only will continue.
You are welcome to light a candle in the prayer chapel on the right
