Copthorne Village

Copthorne is a village in the most Northern part of West Sussex. The village shares a border with Surrey, is close to the towns of East Grinstead and Crawley and to Gatwick Airport. Copthorne is a very sociable village with a lively local parish church, some vibrant uniformed and youth organisations, a golf course, several sports & fitness clubs, local schools and many social clubs. The annual carnival is a major event where the streets play host to floats, dancers and colourful characters as well as a selection of stalls and games. There are also lots of excellent pubs and restaurants in which to unwind, perhaps after a stroll around Ashdown Forest or Ardingly Reservoir or perhaps a bike ride along the Worth Way.
